ENP currently employs ten plumbers:
Erik: Started ENP in 2008 while living in the Wonderland Incubator apartment building in Longfellow, South Minneapolis. He met and married local artist Cassandra Monson and they moved to the Seward neighborhood where they raise two children and run two businesses. Erik handles hr, finance, fleet management, future planning and clerical tasks. He is devoted to the plumbing trade, plays banjo and is a student at the East Lake Aikido Dojo.
Justin: Joined ENP in 2012 as a Service Technician, now our General Manager. South Mpls native living in Richfield, South High grad, avid softball player and baseball fan, plumbing veteran with 20 plus years field experience and a firm belief in the power of 90s alt rock.
John: Joined ENP in 2016, Service Technician, dedicated plumber and good person, parts encyclopedia, Eagan naitve living in St. Paul, John also manages our parts inventory list and is an avid drummer.
Jaron: Joined ENP in 2019, Service Technician with remodeling focus. Iowa native living in South Mpls, excellent communicator and problem solver, family person, guitarist.
Tim: Joined ENP in 2019, Service Technician, NE Mpls native living in NE, Menlo Park grad, easy going, considerate, conversational, pride in the trade. Tim enojys hunting, fishing, building and fixing.
Nick: Joined ENP in 2020, Service Technician, South Mpls native and resident, Washburn High and UofM grad and rugby team alum. Nick is highly competent and confident. He enjoys travel and is a hobbyist hockey player and woodworker.
Carly: Joined ENP in 2020. She is a MA native residing in St. Paul, and College of Wooster grad who transitioned to plumbing after 10 years teaching middle school and coaching lacrosse. While currently on parental leave, Carly acts as our Apprentice Coordinator, helps with marketing on Nextdoor and is a sounding board for business strategy.
Simon: Joined ENP in 2022, Service Technician who brings focus, hard work and a calm perspective to any job. South Mpls native residing in South Mpls, South High grad. Simon enojys the outdoors, being active and problem solving.
Moulay: Service Technician from Morrocco where he earned a law degree. Moulay moved to the United States and worked in the service industry to bring his family here. He put himself through Hennepin Tech and started his apprenticeship with ENP 2023. Moulay brings an amazing attitude, work ethic and potential to our team. He is a devout Liverpool fan!
Eduardo: Joined ENP in 2024, St. Paul native and graduate of Como Park High School where he played soccer. Eduardo is new to the trade and has the makings of an excellent plumber - hard working, loyal, persistent and calm with a positive attitude. Eduardo is a fan of Tigres UANL and Paris Saint-Germain FC.
