ENP currently employs ten plumbers:
Erik: Master plumber w 20 plus years in the industry and 30k hours of field work. Golden Valley native, Boston College grad, serves on the plumbing program advisory board at Hennepin Tech and talks about the trades w students at area schools. He started ENP in 2008, views the trade as a siblinghood, and is known as a banjo player and family person.
Justin: Joined ENP in 2012 as a Service Technician, now our General Manager. South Mpls native living in Richfield, South High grad, avid softball player and baseball fan, plumbing veteran with 20 plus years field experience and a firm belief in the power of 90s alt rock.
John: Joined ENP in 2016, Service Technician, dedicated plumber and good person, parts encyclopedia, Eagan naitve living in St. Paul, John also manages our parts inventory list and is an avid drummer.
Jaron: Joined ENP in 2019, Master Plumber with remodeling focus. Iowa native living in South Mpls, excellent communicator and problem solver, family person, guitarist.
Tim: Joined ENP in 2019, Service Technician, NE Mpls native living in NE, Menlo Park grad, easy going, considerate, conversational, pride in the trade. Tim enojys hunting, fishing, building and fixing.
Simon: Joined ENP in 2022, Service Technician who brings focus, hard work and a calm perspective to any job. South Mpls native residing in South Mpls, South High grad. Simon enojys the outdoors, being active and problem solving.
Moulay: Morrocco native where he has a law degree. Moulay moved to the United States and worked in the service industry to bring his family here. He put himself through Hennepin Tech and started his apprenticeship with ENP 2023. Moulay brings an amazing attitude, work ethic and potential to our team. He is a devout Liverpool fan!
Sam: Joined ENP in 2024, Mound native and Minnesota State graduate. Apprentice at large splitting time between ENP and working in local film production. Sam grew up surrounded by the trades and has a strong comprehension, knowledge base and work ethic. He enjoys traveling the world in search of new ideas for videos and trade work alike.
Matt CA/MN native who came to ENP in 2024 w numerous trade skills acquired in part at MCTC, MCAD and Hennepin Tech plus considerable production management experience. Matt is a systems thinker who brings a technical and artistic perspective to the job. He is an artisan glass blower living in St. Paul and enjoys cooking at home and walking his dog Rhubarb.
Francisco: Mpls native and Roosevelt grad, Francisco joined ENP in 2025 after completing his plumbing pre-apprenticeship at Hennepin Tech. Francisco has high mechanical aptitude, is naturally skilled especially in torch work and brings enthusiasm, energy and comprehension to each job. In his spare time he enjoys basketball, gaming and listening to music.
Larry A lifelong Mpls resident and our GM's dear-old-dad. Roosevelt HS and UofM grad. Retired State of MN employee in the Dept of Emergency Mgmt. Enjoys playing tennis, squash and other racquet sports as well as listening to classical music. A gregarious people person that helps deliver parts to our plumbers in the field part-time.
